Our mission: HNE Health Libraries are committed to the HNELHD wide delivery of a client‑focused, cost‑effective and innovative library and information service to improve patient care, teaching, research, innovation and professional development.
HNE Health Libraries provide a range of services to assist and support the research, teaching and information needs of all Hunter New England Local Health District's staff and affiliated health professionals.
The network is made up of two libraries located at The Mater Hospital and Tamworth Hospital. We have a library office located in the Health Innovation Living Lab (The HILL), at John Hunter Hospital.
