The library is supporting Single Digital Patient readiness by reconfiguring spaces at all library locations to support district wide SDPR training for all HNELHD staff.
What is Changing?
- Designated Training Zones: Specific areas within our libraries will be allocated for SDPR training activities.
- Enhanced Access: Additional PCs will be available to ensure staff can easily access SDPR training resources.
Location Specific Updates:
Mater and Tamworth Libraries:
Changes are expected to be in place from January to March 2026. Library services will continue to operate as usual during this period.
John Hunter Hospital (JHH):
- The Health Innovation Living Lab (HILL) will be reserved exclusively for SDPR training from 15 December 2025.
- A staged reopening of the space is anticipated in late March 2026.
- Library staff will remain based at the HILL and will continue to provide support.
- Face-to-face librarian assistance on the JHH campus will be available by appointment during this time.
